Immersive experiences designed for
current & former competitive swimmers exploring life beyond performance

BRING YOUR PRACTICE INTO PRACTICE

Water is our source of connection, expression, freedom & transformation. How we interact with the water is an extension of the relationship we have with ourselves, those around us, and our perspective of the world at large.

Ocean Made weaves together yoga and swimming as mediums for exploration and embodiment, inviting you to dive deeper into your relationship with the water.

THROUGH RHYTHM, IN FLOW

Connecting with ocean rhythms, we rediscover our innate rhythm of movement — aligning inner and outer landscapes we flow in deeper harmony with the world around us.

The ocean inspires a way of being: present, receptive, and responsive.

Integrating direct experience, ancient wisdom, and modern science, our approach brings new perspectives to how we move, think, and experience the world.

explore sources of inspiration & motivation through life transitions

Created by former USA National Team member, Linnea Mack, the inspiration for Ocean Made came, well, in the ocean. After just missing the 2021 Olympic team Linnea immersed herself in Hawaii’s waterman culture where she experienced a meeting of worlds — swimming, yoga, nature, and a way of life that opened her to new perspectives and possibilities. Her journey through performance, transition and life beyond sport shaped a desire to create something different —spaces where swimmers take ownership of their process, honor all parts of themselves, and embody their fullest expression.
